What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all bicycles. The bike must be in its original packaging and in new condition to be eligible for a refund.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with Velofix and local bike shops nationwide to offer professional assembly and tuning for an additional service fee.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Priority Bicycle comes with a 5-year frame and fork warranty, along with a 1-year warranty on all non-consumable components.
