Prepare the Bicycle
Carefully disassemble and pack the bicycle back into its original shipping carton using the protective materials provided to ensure it arrives safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
